Welcome to SoapMe with Nature. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of soapmestore.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

SoapMe with Nature is a family-owned and operated small business based in Florida, USA. We handmake natural and organic personal care products including soap bars, shampoo bars, deodorants, face creams, bath truffles, and more.

2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to describe our products accurately. However:

  • Colors, scents, and appearance may vary slightly because products are handmade in small batches.
  • Natural and organic ingredients can vary from batch to batch.
  • Our products are for external use. Results may vary. We make no medical claims. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions, please review the ingredients carefully and consult a professional if needed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Ordering and Pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability).
  • By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission) and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or any international destinations.
  • Most orders are processed within two (2) business days unless an item is out of stock or on backorder (in which case we will notify you).
  • Flat-rate shipping is $6.50. Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping times after processing are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are handmade personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns. We truly appreciate your understanding and ask that you please choose carefully, as all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the situation and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product names, designs, etc.) is owned by SoapMe with Nature or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our products are provided “as is.”
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold SoapMe with Nature and its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our products.
